Blending power and melody on highly inspired tracks, Primal Fear's "Nuclear Fire" is highly homogeneous and intelligent, and undoubtedly one of the best of its kind at the start of his decade.

Primal Fear's "Code Red" is an excellent album of powerful, yet deliciously catchy Heavy Metal.

If it does not revolutionize the genre, this first opus of Primal Fear remains a good testimony of what was the Melodic Heavy Metal at the end of the 90s with a Ralph Scheepers (Gamma Ray) very in shape.

"16.6 Before The Devil Knows You're Dead" is the perfect synthesis of the best of Primal Fear's two previous albums and certainly the most accomplished and varied work of the German band.

"Apocalypse" is a flawless album which aligns powerful, pleasant and well done tracks despite a certain lack of originality.
