While it's not yet a must-have, 'Lights Of Japan' is clearly Issa's best album, and allows them to finally move up a division.

"Queen Of Broken Hearts" is to be recommended to those who will not be put off by a collection of tracks formatted for the FM airwaves nor by the overly demonstrative vocals of Issa who nevertheless has all the elements in hand to offer much better.
